The recognition that the internal structure, i.e. the quality of the relationship prevailing in a company, determines how the institution in question is effectively perceived externally, forms the core of our cooperation. The Academy therefore sees itself as a community for potential coaching.
The members support each other in the effort not to use another person as an object of their ideas, evaluations, intentions and goals, but instead to encounter each other as subjects in a respectful, inviting and encouraging way. The members do not only share certain basic beliefs but develop their relationships within the Academy in the sense of continuous coaching. They represent this attitude inwardly and try to realize this culture of encounter also outside the academy in their coexistence with other people.
The desire to participate and support in the necessary transformation of the currently prevailing relationship and corporate culture is the primary motive for their membership. Personal advantages resulting from being a member of the Academy are subordinated to the primary intention.
